1. About This Organization

Praja Bandhuvulu Inc. ("the Organization", "we", "us") is a non-profit organization registered in the State of Georgia, USA, tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 84-1771219). Our tagline — "There Is Power In Unity" — reflects our core belief.

Vision: A vibrant Telugu Brahmin community rooted in sanatana dharma, where families are united by shared values, supported by strong social bonds, and empowered to preserve their cultural and spiritual heritage for generations to come.

Mission: To uplift the Telugu Brahmin community through dharmic education, social welfare initiatives, and fostering a deep connection to sanatana dharma — guided by our commitment to dharma, seva, and the preservation of our cultural heritage.

Praja Bandhuvulu members believe in preserving Sanatana Dharma by following the dharmic rituals recommended by acharyas, helping others in the community, and actively participating in activities that uphold Sanatana Dharma's culture and values for the next generation.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals and families who share our community values and wish to actively participate in organizational activities. All memberships are subject to review and approval by the Executive Committee. The Organization reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Member Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it up to date.
• Treat all members and guests with respect and dignity.
• Participate in the spirit of the Organization's mission and values.
• Abide by any rules, bylaws, or policies adopted by the Organization.
• Not use the Organization's name or logo for unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Use of Personal Information

By registering, you consent to the Organization collecting and using your personal information, including but not limited to:

• Your name, email address, and phone number will be used to communicate information about events, announcements, and organizational updates.
• You will be added to a WhatsApp group or similar communication channels used by the Organization for community coordination.
• Your information will not be sold to third parties or used for commercial advertising.
• You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us at prajabandhuvulu@gmail.com.

5. Dues and Contributions

Membership may require annual dues as determined by the Executive Committee. Voluntary contributions to the Organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless otherwise stated.

6. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and in alignment with the Organization's values. Harassment, discrimination, or behavior that brings disrepute to the Organization may result in suspension or termination of membership at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and content published by Praja Bandhuvulu Inc. remain the sole property of the Organization. Members may not reproduce or redistribute such materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in organizational activities. Attendance at events is at your own risk. Members are encouraged to obtain personal insurance as appropriate.

9. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or official announcements. Continued membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
